Letter from The Japanese Fan Club
Dear readers,
It's very amazing and nice to hear that a new 10cc fanzine starts in 1999. We think that it proves how their works are great. Their music is still loved by many people.
Since 1981, we've been publishing a fanzine called "City Lights" for 18 years, which helps Japanese 10cc and Godley & Creme fans when they have a friendship with each other.
When 10cc toured in Japan in 1993 and 1995, we could meet the members and interviewed them. Our steady efforts were rewarded.
"City
Lights" is written in Japanese, 4 issues a year. 
Keep each other informed, we hope to share benefit and joy with everyone.
